1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Tastebox, a platform operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd that connects diners with independent partner restaurants.

2. Orders

Orders are prepared by partner restaurants, who are responsible for food quality, hygiene and accurate menu information. Prices, taxes and fees are shown before you pay.

3. Reservations

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking access. Booking is free unless a deposit is stated.

4. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by RBI-regulated gateways. Approved refunds return to the original method in 3–5 working days, or instantly to the Tastebox wallet.

5. Offers

Coupons carry their own conditions, cannot be combined and may be withdrawn for misuse.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
